Birth
As your birth doula, I accompany you in labor to help assist in a safe and satisfying birth experience. I draw on my knowledge and experience to provide emotional care, physical comfort and informational support to you and your partner during your journey into parenthood.
Postpartum
As your postpartum practitioner, my goal is to provide companionship and emotional/mental support during the fourth trimester. I educate in matrescence, body work, herbal care, nutrition, community building, birth processing and baby care.
Bereavement
As your bereavement doula, I am here to help you and your family navigate through troubled waters. Whether you’re experiencing miscarriage, stillbirth, or a fatal diagnosis; I want you to feel safe, comforted, and protected during the birth and grieving process.
Where & Who I Serve
I provide support to families in the Northern Shenandoah Valley of Virginia including Winchester, Stephens City, Strasburg, Front Royal, and Berryville. Service is also provided in and around Loudoun County, Prince William County, Manassas City and Fairfax City.
