Birth Doula Package
Investment: $1,200 ($200 travel fee applied for clients located 40 miles outside of 22655 zip code)
Hands-on practical and emotional support infused with ritual and ceremony. Let me nourish you, nurture you, and hold you.
What is included:
- 2 Prenatal Visits
- Continuous physical, emotional, and informational support to you and your partner for the duration of labor and birth, to help you hold and move towards the vision you created for your baby’s birth
- Immediate Postpartum Support
- 1 Postpartum Follow Up Visit
Placenta Encapsulation
Investment: $200 ($100 travel fee applied for clients located 40 miles outside of 22655 zip code)
Benefits of encapsulating your placenta include balancing of hormones, decreased postpartum depression, decreased post natal bleeding, increased milk production, increased iron levels, increased energy levels, assisting the uterus in returning to it’s pre-pregnancy state, and improving mother/infant bond.
Package includes:
- Pick up of placenta
- Raw encapsulation process
- Delivery to your home or mailed within 72 hours after birth
- Umbilical cord keepsake and placenta print included upon request
- Placenta tincture can be added for $25
